  • Sarah Minnie

    HEAD OF ARTIST DEVELOPMENT + PRODUCTION

    Sarah Minnie is a storyteller - a video witch - a digital artist. Sarah operates on the belief that filmmakers have the privilege of changing the world through the age-old magical practice of story sharing. Sarah’s magic as a Producer and Director has led her in “bippity boppy boop-ing, content such as; commercials, fashion films, music videos, web series, pilots, short films, features and more. Sarah’s work has been published in VOGUE, The Chicago Tribune, Hyperlink Magazine, Women & Hollywood, and in film festivals such as DC Black Film Festival, NYC Web Fest, Austin Film Festival - Just to name a few. Sarah’s work illuminates the power of being authentic - creating bold and unapologetic content.

  • Rasheed Peters

    ARTIST DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

    Rasheed Peters is a video artist and filmmaker based in Chicago, IL, with Jamaican roots. He brings a unique blend of business acumen and creative expertise to his work and the creative media field. With a focus on intergenerational relationships and the Caribbean-American immigrant experience, Rasheed's storytelling explores the preservation and passing down of culture, traditions, and rituals across generations of Black communities worldwide.

  • Chris Walker

    HEAD OF MARKETING + EXHIBITION

    Chris Walker’s (they/them) is about creating space and leading with intention. Equipped with a unique blend of an artistic background plus business training, they uplift marginalized storytellers as Head of Marketing & Exhibition for intersectional media platform and artist incubator Open Television. Ask them about the #OTVApp and upcoming screenings. Off the clock, audio is their first love. They have played the saxophone for twenty years, guitar for five and are an emerging audio producer.

  • Mac Do

    MARKETING COORDINATOR

    Mac Do is a Chicago based artist + plushie connoisseur with a focus in special effects makeup, set design, and illustration. Their work is largely inspired by mythology, monster films, and fantasy video games. When they’re not busy surviving under capitalism, they can be found scouring eBay for cute vintage collectibles, cooking and organizing communal dinners with their loved ones, or leveling up their skills as a Black Mage in the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV.

  • Elijah McKinnon

    C0-FOUNDER + EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Elijah McKinnon (they/them) is an award-winning strategist, entrepreneur and visionary from the future currently residing on planet earth. They are the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Emmy-nominated streaming platform and non-profit media incubator, Open Television (OTV). Over the past decade, they have worked tirelessly to create brave and equitable spaces for intersectional communities to thrive. Through various non-profit and grassroots initiatives, Elijah has raised over $10 million toward amplifying the lived experiences of intersectional communities marginalized by market and society. They are constantly moving and shaking in an attempt to build and share resources that uplift their commitment to intersectional media, social entrepreneurship and inclusive well-being practices. In 2023, they were recognized by the Elevate Prize, MacArthur Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative for their fierce dedication to building collective power and sustainable ecosystems.
